Katie slid into my DMs and invited me to a music festival six hours away when I was going through a hard time, she said nothing lifts the spirit like live music. At that festival we played kickball. I told her if my team won, she had to be my girlfriend. She agreed; I won ;) Six months later she proposed to me on stage at a concert. One year after that, at the same festival where it all began, we got married.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When she asked me to marry her. We had conversations about marriage and how it was something neither of us were in a rush to do, so it was a complete surprise and such a whirlwind of emotions. Mostly shock and so much joy! The fact that she did it on stage in front of at least a thousand people made it exhilarating and unforgettable.
