Demi randomly came across a social media post that showed the 25th Anniversary of The Firth Element would hit select theaters. After finding a theater near her, she called Kenny out of pure excitement, though they hadn’t talked in months, because he was the only friend that listened to her gush over her favorite movie. She told him he didn’t have to go but she was absolutely going because she so excited. He came. They enjoyed it together. And then he asked her on a date the following week.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Traveling internationally together. When we were younger in University. We travelled to India, Japan and home to Malaysia to meet Kenny’s family. We enjoyed the adventure.
What would you do with $20,000?We would fly our family in Malaysia and Australia to our wedding!! It’s a dream, to be able to have everyone we love in one space, and what better place to do so than our wedding. Demi is the first person to get married in her family, so this is a huge first for us.
