We met while working at Disney world. I asked him out to the Valentine Heartbeat party in the Magic Kingdom and he said yes! 42 years ago!

Allan was a chef at the Polynesian Hotel and I was a shipping clerk. I asked him out to a Valentine heart beat Party in the Magic Kingdom. That was our first date. No contact for a week, then the florist who i joked with every day and said you got some flowers for me on that cart said yes. He had sent me a dozen rainbow colored roses. That was in February of 1984, by August we were engaged and May of 1985 we were married. I believe we were dusted with a little pixie dust that first date!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?With being together for 42 years we have made a lot of memories. Our wedding, building our first home, sharing the birth of our two children and then becoming grandparents to three grandchildren. Family has always been important to us and we have loads of great memories with our family. One that stands our for me is when he purposed. Allan took me on a dinner cruise and after dinner and dancing took me to the top deck. He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Love that memory!
What would you do with $20,000?We would take a first class trip to Italy. It has been on our bucket list for years but always out of reach.
