Our love story began in Philadelphia, where we grew up just one block apart. James was my first kiss and first love. After a brief break up fate brought us back together in high school, and we’ve never been apart since. We married in 1985, raised four amazing sons, enjoyed life’s journey of happiness and overcame life’s challenges, together, and now, 48 years later, we’re living our dream by the ocean in South Carolina—still best friends and still deeply in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory was celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary on the beach, watching the sunrise together in South Carolina. As the waves rolled in, we thanked the Lord for blessing us with our health and the ability to still be here together today, our wonderful four amazing sons, daughter in laws,grandchildren, and a lifetime of love. Most of all, we were grateful that after all these years, we’re still best friends, still deeply in love, and our bond is stronger today than it’s ever been.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000, we’d finally take the family trip we’ve always dreamed of. We’d return to Aruba, where we shared our only family vacation, and renew our wedding vows surrounded by our four sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. We had a small wedding and never had a honeymoon, so this would be our chance to celebrate our love, relive cherished memories with our sons, and create beautiful new ones with the next generation. Jim and I could finally make our longtime dream wedding come true
