Connect How did your love story begin?

We “officially” met during the musical Grease. Colin was playing drums and I was performing in the show. I had recently gotten divorced and left an emotionally abusive relationship. I decided to message him on Facebook messenger to let him know I was interested. At first, he was seeing someone so we stopped talking. Then he reached out 3 months later and the rest is history. We fell madly in love ♥️

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory together was February 13th, 2025. We had been having a great night in just talking and watching our favorite shows. He turned to me and told me he loved me and I said I loved him back. He felt silly that he couldn’t wait until Valentine’s Day (the next day) to say it, but I love that he said it in an authentic moment when it just felt right!

What would you do with $20,000?

Colin and I recently bought a townhome together. Everything was going smoothly until we came across some major plumbing issues where they needed to dig into our yard and the foundation of the house. I know this isn’t the most romantic use, but we would put the money toward that first. Then we would use the rest toward our future wedding. The goal is to get married, it just isn’t financially feasible at the moment.
