How did your love story begin?

Our love story started when we least expected it. After both coming out of long-term relationships and feeling like we were done with dating, Facebook Dating had other plans. After just three months together, we knew we had found something special. What started as a second chance at love became a beautiful blended family, with Robert becoming an incredible bonus dad to Cody’s two boys. The modern twist? Our favorite memory isn’t one moment — it’s building our dream together. Creating Naked Lemon has been filled with late nights, wild ideas and always believing in each other. From private chef dinners to launching a meal prep company and now helping carry forward the legacy of a beloved local Italian restaurant, we’ve turned our love for food, storytelling and bringing people together into something bigger than we ever imagined.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would invest it into our biggest dream yet — continuing the legacy of Valentino’s, a beloved Italian restaurant that has been part of our community for generations. We want to honor its history while creating its next chapter: refreshing the space, expanding the experience and building a place where families continue to gather for years to come. For us, it’s more than a restaurant — it’s about preserving a piece of our community and carrying its story forward.
