We first met at a grocery store, but the timing wasn't quite right since Claira was with someone else. Almost a year later, we unexpectedly crossed paths again at a new job. By then, it felt like life was giving us a second chance. We started as friends, built a relationship on laughter and trust, and somehow that chance meeting turned into the love story we're still writing together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory was our first camping trip. We forgot blankets and pillows, had no idea how to set up a tent, and were completely unprepared. It definitely tested our relationship, but somehow we laughed through the whole thing. Looking back, it reminds us that the best memories rarely come from everything going according to plan.
What would you do with $20,000?We’re young and both still work at the coffee shop where our relationship began. Over time we’ve become true coffee enthusiasts, learning what makes a place feel like home. I’m a photographer and creative person, while Claira has a gift for making people feel safe and welcome. Our community is missing a place where people can simply go to be, and we’d love to bring our skills together to create it.
