We have been friends for over 18 years before getting engaged and then married. We are the best of friends and are truly a team!
We would like to thank you for supporting Chris and Tara in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
After being friends for 18+ years we both found ourselves to be single and decided to catch up over a friendly dinner. Afterwards as Chris was driving home, Tara and Chris both texted each other at the same time acknowledging "that spark" that was obviously ignited for both of us.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are so many memories we have shared over the years as friends, partners, and now husband and wife. Our trips to Jamaica have always been a highlight. Tara's parents use to visit Jamaica often and now that they have passed, we try to embrace some of their "loves of life" to keep their memories alive.
What would you do with $20,000?Tara runs an animal rescue. Circle of Souls Animal Rescue. We donate some of the money to the rescue and then the remaining funds we would put towards the renovation of Tara's parent's house. We recently have decided to purchase the house he father built so many years ago.
