We met on a blind date at an arcade on Valentine’s weekend, 2024. At first, we just knew we had fun together - art museums, improv comedy or trivia nights. Something changed about a year ago when we really locked in. Now, we live happily together with our 3 cats and a goal to move out of state once Abby finishes her Master’s in Teaching. As we navigate our thirties, it is beyond nice having a partner that adds to the happy.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?New Year’s Eve 2025 was spent at an improv comedy show. To ring in the new year, we each took our turn on stage to make everyone (including ourselves) laugh. Abby made it a goal to -become- the Times Square ball. She was covered in sequins and glitter (so obviously Chris was too). With a glass of bubbly we had a toast with everyone in the room that bared their souls to each other. At midnight, we shared a kiss that melted away everything and everyone else. Beyond unforgettable.
What would you do with $20,000?We would invest a bulk of the money into set up for a catering business. Chris is an award winning pit master and he can smoke meats like no one else! We’d love the opportunity to let more people experience his amazing BBQ.
