We met at Valentino on the Square, Chef Cosimo’s restaurant. Back in the day, Mamma Heather was an opera singer and got a side job waiting tables and singing at Chef Cosimo’s place. A flirtation began, but Cosimo told Heather that he had a golden rule…Never date an employee. So Heather said, “ok, no problem, I quit!” Needless to say, they couldn’t live without each other and made too good of a team not to work together!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Choosing one memory from decades of beautiful and funny moments is almost impossible. The most obvious but most beautiful would be our fairytale wedding day. We married in Cosimo’s hometown in Italy. Surrounded by friends and family from the USA and Italy, we married in the Cathedral where his mom and dad were married. We married very shortly after my father’s passing and Cosimo used father’s wedding ring. I sang Ave Maria at our wedding in honor of both our fathers. Unforgettable.
What would you do with $20,000?We would definitely use it to plan a memorable trip with our 3 beautiful young girls!
