Our love story began in high school gym class when we were both 16 years old. I was the lifeguard for his swim class - swimming was considered a life skill and taught at our school. Despite him seeing me in a swimsuit, after a few months of talking, he asked me to be his girlfriend. That's the day my sister lost her seat in the school bus. I didn't think we'd make it past 3 months but we've been togther ever since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When our wedding was over, I told Chad that we would be so "old" on our 25th anniversary. That day came and we realized just how young and dumb we were back then. We weren't old! We went golfing for that anniversary. It was my one and only attempt at golf. I was terrible! I could not hit the ball and would get mad and cuss. Chad laughed at me the entire time. Afterwards we had burgers and boozy shakes. It was a great day! (Despite my golf swing)
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to take the honeymoon we've never had. We were just a couple of young, broke kids when we got married and we let life got in the way of making a honeymoon a priority.
