The night of, 09/14/2007 my friend Kat’s birthday in Irvine, California. We went to dinner and dancing, met Dennis on the dance floor. Had a blast dancing together. The following night, our friend groups met again. He walked straight to me and gave me a kiss on the forehead. And that was love at second sight. We were inseparable for the next couple of months, in November right before he left on a deployment Dennis proposed. After 7 months away, 2 days after his return we got married.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We didn’t have a wedding, we went to the clerks office signed documents and boom, we were married! I want to believe for both of us our favorite memory was our 10yr anniversary. We had a big party to celebrate the big 10! We were surrounded by our amazing family and friends. Dennis comes from a very close family and I want to say how lucky I am to have married into such an amazing family.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were to win, I would fold and let Dennis buy a surfboard or two. However, Dennis plans to retire in a couple of years and I think it would be the perfect kickstart to our new retired life.
