Celeste had just finished a bad divorce. Her friend asked her to play bocce late on a December night (after a disappointing date) at a bar w/ bras hanging from the ceiling. Shawn was there drinking w/ his buddies. He asked Celeste for her #, but only after he had asked her for her bra! Two weeks later, he proposed. And asked again every day until March. Wedding was in July. PS. At the wedding after-party we reenacted the meeting and our wedding bra was hung - an autograph on each boob!

Finding out impossibility was happening. Celeste had been told she’d never have children. Two years later a Sunday morning test at a Target proved that wrong! Celeste sped to church - where Val Kilmer was the first to read to the developing little boy. Twenty-four years later, that amazing kid, born completely naturally while Mom worked & watched Tom Brokaw and Dad watched ESPN, is about to graduate as an MS Engineer who will be running for office—be watching for Hagan Archer on ballots!

Make it grow. Celeste wants to retire as a Rev. Dr. Shawn wants to move to an off-grid homestead back in our Colorado home. But first we have to fulfill our mission to rebuild Colorado’s governor’s school that Celeste founded in 2012. Our country needs civil dialogue, youthful entrepreneurship, trained ethical leadership and smart good young folks, now more than ever. We’re at a crisis point! We are returning to the helm. That $20K would be part of its foundation.
