Connect How did your love story begin?

We met Christmas Eve Eve of 2019 at an Irish Bar in Boston— thanks to Hinge for helping us find each other & organize a first date. We were both working in the city & seeking a fun, loving relationship. Throughout the pandemic we prioritized seeing each other in a safe way— we spent lots of time outside— walking, biking, & going to the beach. It was clear that both of us aimed to squeeze the juice out of life and we wanted to strengthen our relationship through deep, meaningful conversations.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It is truly hard to pick one favorite memory— we have been through many high highs & low lows together that have only further solidified our relationship. A very special moment we shared together was when our dog Clare first swam! We adopted her at 8 weeks old, and even though she had webbed paws, we didn’t successfully get her to swim until she was a year old. The joy, excitement & pride we felt seeing her swim & love it was unmatched. A memory we’ll forever cherish! She LOVES to swim now!

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would mean so much to us because it would make it so we are able to afford a mini van! We’re expecting twin girls this fall & we are hoping to foster their love for the beach, hiking, skiing— just being outside :) A mini van would allow us to fit our twin girls, our dog, & all the gear that comes with infant babies (a double stroller being the biggest one!). Right now, we have a small SUV, which will be tight with two infant car seats, never mind our dog ;)
