A boy in the military getting stationed in Pensacola FL for flight training . A girl going to a bar to hangout with some girlfriends. Cary is from Minnesota while I am from very south Alabama.. a very unique meeting of different cultures. We met , we danced, he walked me to my car at 3 am, I gave him my number and said “ don’t wait three days to call me” he waited 4 hrs and called me at 7 am to ask me on a date and we have been together ever since .
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I had never lived anywhere but Alabama , when I met Cary I knew he would eventually have to move to another duty station . I never thought he would ask me to go . He did and I moved 3000 miles away from Alabama. I told him I would not move to just shack up and he proposed to me 4 months after moving in with him . We have now been married for 20 yrs , 2 beautiful boys and many moves in that 20 years .
What would you do with $20,000?Since moving all over the United States and countless deployments we are finally settling down and would love some well earned vacations . After so many birthdays and anniversaries missed because he was serving we would like to catch up on those missed moments .
