We met as teenagers nearly 30 years ago, and somehow, no matter how much life changed or how many years passed, we kept finding our way back to each other. We lived separate lives, raised families, and grew into different versions of ourselves but the connection never completely disappeared. When life finally gave us the chance to choose each other, we did. Some love stories begin once. Ours kept finding its way back until the timing was finally right.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Every moment with her is my favorite. However, I proposed to her in a private helicopter over Lake Michigan in Chicago during the last firework display of the season 2025. It felt like every wrong turn every year spent apart brought us to that exact moment. Favorite memory #1
What would you do with $20,000?We would use it to begin building our little forever place—a small, private barndominium where we can finally build a life together after spending so many years apart. Our kids are grown, and what we want most now is something simple: a place of our own, more time together, and a home filled with the life we waited 30 years to share.
