I was best friends with his sister in high school and didn’t know he existed until he messaged me, lol. I didn’t give him a chance at first because I was young and wanted to explore more. I made a vow during our first encounter to never hurt him because of a gut feeling. 4 years later, I had a horrible mental breakdown that resulted in me becoming pregnant. During that time we reconnected, and the rest is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory has to be the birth of our son. It was such a beautiful and intense moment. To see such a strong man cry when their child is born is one thing, but to know my husband is to know he is the most heartfelt, protective, and compassionate person. In that moment, I could see the gears turning and him step into a new light. He officially became our hero in ways we couldn’t imagine.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay down our debt, and I’d give back to my husband for taking care of us for so long without a hiccup in our system. This money could help us on the journey of becoming homeowners. It’s a numerous amount of ways we could use the money to make our lives and our children’s futures count.
