Connect How did your love story begin?

The night we met, in 2007, Bobby reluctantly came to audition for a play at Cal State LA. Kolleen was at the theater rehearsing. As he walked up, she tearfully burst out into the hallway, and landed face to face with Bobby. The vulnerable state under which we met strengthened our connection, because from that point onward, we were in each other’s lives. First friends, then roommates, and a year later, our romantic relationship began. From the moment we kissed, we knew it was forever.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Wedding Day. Conception of our Daughter. The Moment we became Parents. In 2012, we married barefoot by a stream in the backyard of Koll’s Mimi’s Vermont home. The stars collided as we committed to one another for all eternity. We danced the whole night through at the Frendly Gathering music festival in 2018. As we climbed the mountain at sunrise, we made love in the forest. Our daughter was born on April 11th at exactly 4:11AM after 3 days of labor. We brought her soul back from the stars.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would take a cross country trip with our daughter, to show her the journey we went on as we fell in love nearly 20 years ago. We’d travel to Los Angeles and show her where we met. We would explore the wilds of Yellowstone National Park, where we once shared a tent and dreamt up the future we are now living. We would return to our beloved Vermont and put the remaining funds towards purchasing a home of our own, as we begin the next chapter in our great love story.
