Martin and Betsy have been together over 50 years, through thick and thin, tiny violins playing in the background; and we are still going.

We officially met in 1974 when Betsy was the prom date of Martin's best friend. Our lives had been coming closer over the years, my dad worked with uncle, my mom went to school with his aunt, he was an altar boy in my grandparents' parish. We left the prom together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I surprised Martin with a trip to the Mirror Lake Inn which was used in the movie Holiday Inn. He had no idea til we arrived. He found a local historian for more details.
What would you do with $20,000?Move retirement up a bit.
