Connect How did your love story begin?

Widowed in 2023, after a respectful amount of time, I decided to try dating. I dated casually but nobody could compare. I work behind the scenes in the music business. I joined some music groups at Facebook and stumbled upon a very interesting guy that also worked behind the scenes in the music business. We talked through instant messages from November 2024 until we met in person on January 17, 2025. We have been together since then. He is a special man that I can now NOT live without.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We took a road trip across the country where I met his family in California. We went to the Grand Canyon, and he showed me things across the country that he loves. Sharing that one-on-one time together was so special. We then took a road trip to Florida where he met my mother. We also went to the Kennedy Space Center, stayed in a romantic hideaway in Flagler, Florida and on the way home, we stayed in a romantic getaway in Helen, Georgia. Riding his Harley is a favorite time for both of us.

What would you do with $20,000?

We are now engaged. We would like to add a one car garage adjacent to our current two car garage for the Harley and a new motorcycle we are planning in the future. Right now, keeping both vehicles and the motorcycle in the garage causes us to have to move both cars out of the garage in order to get the motorcycle out for rides. We are an older couple and now is OUR TIME to live, make memories and thrive. We are loving this life we are building together.
