Connect How did your love story begin?

I went to a day party where the Hamilton’s were performing live, to meet a guy I met online. He was not the person he advertised online, so I went to enjoy the live music alone. There, Audreyous mentioned he seen me earlier, and hemmed me up with questions. He walked me to the car, and the next day we talked on the phone for 8 hours, and history was made. We were together from that day on.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

For his birthday, I surprised him with a trip to Puerto Vallarta, after knowing each other just 1 month. We both served in the Air Force, but he retired after years of traveling the world, yet had never been to Mexico. We effortlessly connected, no distractions or expectations. It marked the moment we stopped feeling like 2 people getting to know each other and feeling like a team. It’s our favorite memory because it was the beginning of a relationship built on genuine connection and intent

What would you do with $20,000?

We’d call it our “legacy fund.” As two U.S. Air Force veterans, we’d donate a portion to organizations that support veterans transitioning back to civilian life. We would invest a portion into a business we’re passionate about, and set aside a little to create another unforgettable adventure together along with our children. We’d want the money to tell the story of who we are - service, growth, generosity, and making memories.
