Connect How did your love story begin?

When our parents first met they arranged a playdate when we were four years old. During that visit, I ate what Tony still claims were “his” Oreo cookies. We became childhood friends, and by age ten he was telling everyone he was going to marry me someday and we’d have 100 babies! Life took us in different directions, but decades later destiny brought us back together. What began as childhood friendship became the greatest love of our lives. Our timing wasn’t wrong, it was simply meant for now.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory is our wedding day. It felt like a dream come true. As we stood together at the altar, we couldn’t stop thinking about how our story began with a childhood playdate and a little boy who declared he’d marry me one day. After decades apart, heartbreak, growth, and healing, fate brought us back together. In that moment, we weren’t just getting married, we were finally coming home to each other. Truly a full circle moment we will never forget.

What would you do with $20,000?

Owning a home together has always been one of our biggest dreams. After navigating life’s challenges and finding our way back to each other, having the opportunity to put money toward a down payment would mean the world to us. We’d also love to take a family vacation and create lasting memories with the people we love most. It would be a chance to celebrate how far we’ve come and invest in the future we’re building together.
