God’s hand was on our story from the beginning. In August 2019, I crashed a chemistry class Andy was taking. Out of 10 people trying to add, the professor had room for only 1. So, names were written on paper and mixed in a hat. To my surprise, my name was picked! Which eventually led us to 10/16/19 at PCC’s tutoring center SV25. Andy and I officially met when he asked to sit at my study table, I said yes, and our literal chemistry class lottery turned into a lifetime bond.

We have so many favorite memories, it’s just impossible to choose. From the times we've spent together in college; all the late night studying at school or a coffee shop, to those cheap taco dates when we didn’t have much, to being quarantined together throughout the pandemic and learning to cooking, to picnic dates at the park with our dog, to graduating college, through every failed and successful job interviews, to finally sharing a tiny home together where our love gets to continue growing.

As an engaged couple, the $20,000 would be such a big help for us to get the rest of our life together started, starting with our wedding. We are definitely going to use it to create a memorable wedding, celebrating our love and sharing such a special day with our closest families and friends.
