My parents referred Andrew to inspect my first rental property. We both work in real estate, so I expected a routine inspection and strictly professional interaction. His invitation to coffee afterward was unexpected, but I accepted. That coffee turned into wine, jazz, and hours of effortless conversation. We later realized we had hundreds of mutual friends but had somehow never met until that moment.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories was shortly after I closed on my first rental property, when my lender gifted me tickets to a Billy Strings concert in Nashville around Andrew’s birthday. It became our first overnight together. We walked the city, drank wine, and had deep conversation that felt effortless. Looking back, it’s the night we both realized this wasn’t just a moment, but something worth investing in—and one we still think of as “the night we knew.”
What would you do with $20,000?We would invest in another rental property and take Andrew’s daughter on a trip to Costa Rica.
