In 1985 we met in a U.S. college. She had just swam in the 1984 Olympics and was an academic all American swimmer in college. We had a cross cultural communications class. I picked out the smart and pretty swimmer as my partner. We completed the semester together as friends and then went our separate ways, rarely talking until 2024. 38 years after we first met I decided to reach out to Ana and visit her in Spain. We fell in love and now we are getting married! She's my dream girl.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Ana is well connected in Spain as she runs Global Gift Gala with Maria Bravo, considered the greatest fund raising event by Forbes magazine. With her job we get to travel all over Europe. I am getting to see many sights I've never seen, including castles used in Game of Thrones.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 I would help my three children chase their dreams. My oldest daughter is struggling to make it in Seattle. My younger son and daughter live in Arkansas and have dreams of traveling and seeing more of the U.S.A. and the world with us.
