We met doing theatre together. We started out as friends. Then, over time, it’s like the universe kept putting us together. I had an opportunity to do some work out of state in Minnesota and one winter weekend I realized I hadn’t spoken to anyone in 72 hours. As an introvert, that does not work. So, I texted Michael and asked if I could call him for some socialization. We spent 3 hours on the phone laughing. We never looked back.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s simple. We went to this wildlife center where they had a room you could go into with birds. They give you these popsicle sticks covered in bird seeds and the birds swarm you and eat from your hands. They covered us and we were laughing at how brave they were and how beautiful it was to see them so close up. I think it was a $5 add on experience, but it felt priceless having these moments with Michael laughing and enjoying the magic of birdseeds on popsicle sticks.
What would you do with $20,000?I want to invest in a home for us. A place we can call our own and build together.
