Connect How did your love story begin?

Matt and I met at a time when neither of us expected to find our person. What started as friendship quickly grew into something deeper as we realized we shared the same values—family, faith, resilience, and unconditional love. Through life’s highs and lows, we’ve become each other’s biggest supporters, blending our families and building a life filled with laughter, strength, and gratitude. Every challenge we’ve faced has only made us stronger together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

It’s impossible to pick just one, but our favorite memories are the everyday moments that remind us how lucky we are. Watching our kids grow, celebrating milestones together, and creating traditions as a blended family mean everything to us. One moment we’ll never forget is getting engaged on Christmas Day—a beautiful reminder that the best gifts in life are the people we love. Since then, every chapter has felt like an adventure we’re writing together.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would use the money to create a more secure future for our family. We’d pay off debt, build savings, invest in our children’s futures, and put a down payment on our forever home. We’d also give back to causes close to our hearts, including supporting families affected by domestic violence and those facing unexpected medical challenges. Most of all, we’d use it to create stability, opportunity, and lasting memories for the people we love most.
