How did your love story begin?

We were actually co-workers. We haven’t gotten together until a year after working together. The month before we got together, we were actually with other people. We were both broken up with. It was the holiday season, and we didn’t have any work and we were bored. So we started having late night phone calls and late night drive. During a phone call, we flirted and I knew he was into me. He was scared to confessed, but I encouraged him to. He finally did it and asked me out.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our first date. I didn’t go exactly as planned but he had our own little adventure. We went to a Christmas tree lighting. It was hella cold. He gave me his hoodie. My first BF Hoodie! We went to our workplace to the bathroom. Had to pee. We flirted and had our first kiss. Later, we were in a parking lot and flirted and made out a lot. My favorite part was the way he was looking at me. It was the in-love look. Didn’t know at the time, since he’s my first BF, and never had true love in my life.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would move out to New York with him. Pay loans. Donate some to Palestinian families or organizations helping them. Build our own businesses together. My art business, our onigiri business. Flourish together. Be rich together and have our Korean bbq date every weekend.
