Our story began in 2014 with a promposal on the lacrosse field. During practice, my teammates suddenly turned around wearing jerseys that spelled “PROM?” Then Troy nervously walked onto the field with flowers. I said yes—even though we were just friends at the time. We headed to separate colleges, but within a month made it official because neither of us could stand the thought of the other being with someone else. The rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our 2024 wedding. After 12 years together, having all the friends and family we’d collected through every chapter of our lives in one room felt incredibly special. Our best friend officiated the ceremony, making it even more personal. Since then, my mom has passed away, which has made that day even more meaningful—it was one of our last joyful memories with her, surrounded by everyone we love.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20K, we could finally check off so many bucket list dreams. We’d take a honeymoon and visit places like Hawaii, making memories we’ve talked about for years. We’d also put some toward finishing house projects so our home feels even more perfect for hosting and entertaining the people we love.
