We have been together 30+ years. We met through helping the community and still are volunteering.
We would like to thank you for supporting Addie and Geoff in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met the Loews Jersey Theater. Geoff was part of a group trying to save the historic building from demolition. They decided to raise funds by having different performing groups participate in a summer festival. I was the stage manager for Brighton Beach Memoirs (as a favor to an old hs friend). I was working in NYC and had no intention of ever working in theater again. It was an instant friendship that grew as the summer went on. Our first date was Columbus Day!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I think our favorite memories were having our two kids. We make time to visit special places with them - we have a tradition of going to the Bronx Zoo annually - kids are 21 and 27!
What would you do with $20,000?We need to make renovations to our home due to water damage. Working as a public school teacher has made saving for those big repairs difficult.
