How did your love story begin?

We met on a dating app, at the time I had no interest in dating anyone from the app, my friend made the profile for me just for fun. KJ is the first and only person I ever went on a date with from an app and here we are 3 years later. Before our first date he told me that he had a 3 year old daughter, which was at the time very daunting. I love kids and want nothing more than to be a mother but being a step mother was never something I considered but now I am so grateful I did!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

For our 2 year anniversary, KJ surprised me with a trip to Las Vegas. It was our first time going together, and another part of the surprise was that he invited my parents to go as well. I am very close with my parents, they are truly my best friends so this was so meaningful to me that he genuinely wanted them to come because we all have such a great relationship. It was a trip to remember!

What would you do with $20,000?

$20k would honestly change our lives around. I am a nurse and carrying most of the financial weight while KJ works full time and is about to go back to school. We want so badly to buy a house but where we live in Washington state, it is nearly impossible. We would use most of the money as a down payment on a house, and leave a little for our wedding.
