From shared Midwestern roots to uncanny parallels in our family stories, it felt less like chance and more like a perfectly timed plot twist. In short, two Iowans, a set of parallel lives, and a workout that turned into forever soulmates in sneakers.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?From there it was destiny in motion. We’ve climbed every one of Colorado’s 14ers together, raced mountain bikes from local courses to brutal events like the Leadville 100, and chased adventure across multiple countries. From small town beginnings to summit selfies and muddy race finishes, it’s been a wild, beautiful proof that we were meant to be, bona fide soulmates in the saddle and smiles on our faces.
What would you do with $20,000?We'd save for our adventure fund $6,000, Pay down some debt $4,000, Invest $4,000 into stock/retirement funds we have, Family treats (maybe new bike parts, shoes, adventure gear we've been wanting $2,000, a Charitable donation of $1,000 towards mental health or a trail network system that needs help for mountain biking, and a celebration trip $3,000 = $20,000.
