We met as friends who were both married in 1999. We saw each other over the next 13 years as married and finally reconnected in 2013 when we were both single. We were both walking down the hall of the high school we were working in. I went to watch the HS basketball game that same night. After the game I asked him if he wanted to meet at a Pizza Place for drinks. He said maybe and when he walked in to the restaurant, that was how we started. It keeps evolving from there.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The most favorite memory is the first time we came to my husband's hometown on a whim. We were still just friends, but that short trip was the beginning of our lives together. We stayed with his sister and his parents and spent a weekend watching Mardi Gras parades. It was so much fun.
What would you do with $20,000?We would choose to pay off some bills and fix up some things around the house that have been neglected because of time. In addition, we would see about taking a small trip to have all of our grandkids together at the same time.
