We have experienced years apart, sudden deaths, high school, college, and soon graduate school, and always prevailed stronger and together.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
Our story began in high school. We were part of the same friend groups for years but never met each other. Until one day, Joel started working at the same grocery store as Zoe. After a couple of months working together, we became good friends and eventually Zoe asked Joel on a date and they’ve been together since.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? After 5 months, Zoe moved from Indiana to North Carolina which means we have been navigating a long-distance relationship for 6 years. To keep the excitement, we have been doing virtual dates together every weekend via video call. We each have a list of shows and movies at least one person hasn’t seen, and we get to experience them together during dinners. Although long-distance can be challenging, we have found a way to continue growing together and share traditional relationship experiences.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would mean getting our lives started together. With that money, we would be able to get an apartment together and live as stress-free as possible while we finish graduate school. We could start paying off our student loans and invest in our future together.
