He was 29. I’m 8 yrs older. I went to see live music; he’s a drummer. We’re were both alcoholics, and one drunk night he walked in at 3am, (as an intruder). Smeared soap on my bathroom mirror, then asked if I wanted to have a smoke. I threw him out by his collar, & posted a drawing of him on FB. After that, & via mutual friends, realized who each other actually is, and became a couple. Married 4yrs later in 2014. Found out he’s MAGA 2022. Own a trucking business. Much more!(James & Chér)

When J went to FL, after deciding to leave me a month after the wedding. I used the settlement $ to buy a truck- to travel to Florida- to win him back. I drove 21 hrs straight. We were instantly so happy. It was just like a movie. A week in to our reunion, I was arrested in a GA airport. Which scared me about my chances. He had just quit drinking, but I hadn’t. (I have now!) That put a damper on it. But we got work in Naples. He/Trucking, me/Animal Shelter.& Trucking together. <3

Start my own business. Since we devoted our time to trucking, I feel like now it’s time to devote something to myself. After raising 2 kids, leaving abusive situations, and alcoholism, our story would be perfect if the second half of our plan could come true. He knows I’m unfulfilled by not bringing income after all that schooling. It’s 10 yrs into the 5yr plan, we still haven’t saved up enough. I want the chance to show my worth in this marriage. And to help serve our community proudly.
