The first chapter unfolded when we became friends in high school 1986. Even after we graduated and went our separate way, we knew that we had something special. In 2022 were our deeper moments where we crossed paths and became partners . We promised to be there for one another and not regret the moments we were away from each other. All the come over early, Stay late or leave became I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I was proposed to on 9/2024 and will marry my best friend on 8/2025
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When William proposed to me 9/2024 on the Carnival Cruise. The unexpected proposal let me know his commitment and attention to me is everything and the key to our relationship.
What would you do with $20,000?My mother who was an advocate and trailblazer for our high crime community fault to have parks and youth centers in the community for our youth to keep them safe and off the streets. She passed away Easter Sunday 2024. My goal is to keep her dream alive and continue the fight she started by breaking ground for a shelter for young boys and girls who are homeless and need somewhere safe. As my mother would say “ bring our youth from victims to Victory “ Joyce Riley
