Well what had happened was... he walked in to the store I was working at with dark glasses and holding on to the shoulders of his then fiancé. He had a talk with my boss and left. My boss told me then that he was the new manager. I was like "you hired a blind guy to work with computers that don't talk to you?" That's when he said "he scratched his cornea, he's not blind." We worked together, became friends, started dating, and then 6 months after that we got married.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When the kids called him Dad for the first time and he looked at me with tears in his eyes. He whisper yelled "They called me Dad!" It was so awesome, because my kids take a bit to get used to people, especially my son.
What would you do with $20,000?Part of it would go for the stepparent adoption. Then some for a real vacation without the kiddos and of course try to be sure to put some aside for savings.
