God put us together on 1986 we are soulmates no doubt. We will be married 40 years July 2nd we have 8 grandchildren,love of my life!

We were both in the middle of a bad divorce his wife had left him with two twin baby girls 6 months old and I had left an abusive marriage pregnant with my second son, we had known of each other in high school but never officially met until 1986 in the grocery store parking lot, and he asked me for a date it was instant love??
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are so very many with 40 years of marriage but I think if we both had to choose it would be the home we inherited from his grandparents in a small country town that we made our getaway from the reality of life we went almost every weekend until a tornado took out the house that was 200 years old life hasn't been the same since we lost it
What would you do with $20,000?I believe we would probably officially have us a well-deserved honeymoon that we never got to have, we were young and in love with small children and simply could not afford then to take a well-deserved honeymoon but I believe after 40 years of marriage we definitely need that, and maybe do some home improvements or who knows buy us a hot tub lol
