How did your love story begin?

We met on Match.com in 2023 and after just a few fun, honest phone calls, our first date at a fancy restaurant made us inseparable. Despite a 15-year age gap, we make it work with humor, forgiveness, good communication, alone time (and couples therapy!). We co-own The Athlete Lab, support each other’s businesses, and share a passion for helping others reach their goals. Above all—we laugh, have fun, and love building this life together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memories aren’t fancy trips or big moments—it’s the little, everyday things. Morning coffee, bike rides, laughing in the kitchen. Having someone who’s truly there—present, supportive, loving, safe—is rare and meaningful. We don’t take that for granted. It’s these small, consistent moments that make our life and love so special.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, we’d invest in growing The Athlete Lab to help even more people transform their health and confidence. We’d upgrade equipment, offer scholarships for those in need, and create special programs to support women, LGBTQ+ athletes, and beginners. We’d also treat ourselves to a small getaway—time to recharge and keep building this life and business we love together.
