Connect How did your love story begin?

We both became personal trainers at a big box gym when Veronica’s car crashed and would have to wait at night for a ride home. While waiting, Luis would stay back late and eat his late night meal prep before his hour drive home. For months during this time we would sit and talk. Slowly conversations went from daily updates and work gossip to discussions about the universe, philosophies, goals, dreams, etc. As months passed, we realized that our relationship was more than just a professional one.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory has been seeing each other grow. Since the start of our relationship, we’ve started an online business together and started content creation on social media sharing our knowledge and passion for fitness and for each other. Training together, eating together, staying up and talking for hours. It’s hard to pinpoint an exact memory because every moment has been unique and has insighted growth in both of us.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would invest the 20,000 in equipment and education to continue growing our business in hopes to inspire other couples to start the same fitness journey. We would also have to use some of the funds to celebrate with our gym family because without them our relationship couldn’t have been possible. We believe our relationship is strong enough to surpass any obstacle and our hope is to continue growing in our personal journeys to inspire other couples to grow in love for themselves like we have.
