We met at work and grew close during team happy hours, where we had a chance to get to know each other more. As we started spending more time together, we felt something deeper, but we were both a little nervous to cross that work boundary. Still, we couldn’t ignore how right it felt. Ultimately, we decided what we have is worth it. When he started a new job, we knew we wanted to keep seeing each other and that’s when we made it official. What began at work became something truly special.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory we’ve shared has to be shortly after he got a new job and also got into bicycling as a hobby. I didn’t own a bike at the time so he planned an entire day trip into the Santa Ynez mountains to buy a bicycle so we could go on rides together. We stopped at different wineries on the way into Santa Barbara where we biked along the beach and ate dinner watching the sunset. To end the night, he asked me to be his girlfriend. It was an amazing day 🤩
