At the bowling alley! While in college my friend and I randomly joined a bowling league even though we had zero experience. My Dad did not let up on asking why we do that because I wouldn’t meet anyone there. He didn’t understand we weren’t doing it to meet people, we just wanted to have fun. I hurt my wrist and asked one of our new teammates if his brother could sub for me. His brother showed up that night. We high-fived. The fireworks lit off. Like a freaking fairy tale.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our first dates he was picking me up at my parents house. We were going for ice cream and always took my senior golden retriever with me. Mike pulled in with a pick up truck and I panicked because my sweet old pup couldn’t ride in the bed of the truck. So, I drove. My pup sat next to me. Mike rode in the bed. Omg I knew he was the one!!!!
What would you do with $20,000?Save some. Celebrate life with some. We fought our way through stage 3 breast cancer so celebrating with our kids would be top on our list. Life is good with or without big celebrations or trips but it would be amazing to go see my sister and her family in Scotland. Bring everyone together!
