Todd and I began our friendship when his first wife was diagnosed with cancer and I was going through a terrible divorce. We were both in the praise band at church and began to pray together. Twenty years later we reconnected and decided to be more than just friends.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We are adventure partners, it is difficult to pick just one. We would say, when we were on a very long bicycle ride in FL. It was 100 degrees and no shade to be found. We were exhausted, yet we were still laughing. It began to pour rain. We acted like 12 year old best friends, as we laughed and splashed each other with every big puddle we could find. The world had faded away and we just enjoyed the rain.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the prize money to take a proper honeymoon. We were unable to go on a honeymoon when we were married. It would be nice to celebrate our love for each other and adventuring together.
