One of Steven & Tiffany’s favorite memories is the day Steven proposed in NYC — a theatre lover’s dream! He saved up for over a year, made a PowerPoint for her family to approve of the trip, and booked a Michelin-star restaurant 6 weeks in advance to set the scene. After a wine-soaked dinner, he nervously set up his phone to record the moment — and Tiffany kept interrupting it — but in the end, it was pure happiness when she said yes! and it just the two of them, together.

Steven & Tiffany are American-born Cubans, whose grandparents left everything to give their children a better future. Inspired by that sacrifice, they’re saving together to buy a home where their family, scattered across the US, can gather — and a place where they can raise their own children, put down roots, and secure land for future generations.
