We had mutual friends in junior high and high school (class of 2000) but didn’t start dating until 2006 when we ran into each other at a local bar. We discovered that we had been crossing paths since we were toddlers, living less than 2 miles apart. Our moms used to take us to the same Little Arches club at McDonald’s every week.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The births of our 3 children, by far! And our wedding in 2010. Our wedding was as perfect as perfect gets.
What would you do with $20,000?A luxury vacation sans kids! It would be nice not to have to worry about budgeting for one, let alone justify spending that much on ourselves. We haven’t had a vacation without kids in 2 years. Love you guys, but you’re exhausting. Anything left over would go to our Hawaii house fund (our dream for our family) and to pay off medical debt for our 7 year old golden retriever. She shattered her leg in 2018 at 6 months of age, and 2021 had an emergency hysterectomy.
