We met at a local fair, Parker Days. A mutual friend introduced us. We spent the entire night talking, it felt like we had known each other from before. The night culminated in me asking him not to let me fall down a muddy slope, me falling on said muddy slope, and him rescuing me. We became friends and were pretty inseparable since then. We saw each other through failed relationships, trauma, happiness. After 5 years of pretending we weren’t perfect for each other, our timeline finally aligned!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There’s so many, it’s hard to pick. Horseback riding in Rockies takes first place. It could also be our first trip as a couple, to Chicago. Where we both realized that we were in it for the long run. It could be the day we got married, or the day we had each of our children. Every year we create more memories, so every year brings new favorites.
What would you do with $20,000?Like all millennials, probably pay off debt, take the kids on a very well deserved trip, and put some towards their college fund.
