We met at a nightclub in Beverly Hills if you can believe that. They say you can't find love at a nightclub but I did. I was there with my sister and he was there with some basketball players, models and a friend that I knew. We were introduced and three months later we were married. He was actually only supposed to be in town for a week to see our mutual friend but he never left. We spoke everyday several times a day and we fell hard for each other. In December we celebrate 23 years.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When my husband’s mommy passed I joined him in St Martin a French Caribbean island to say goodbye and to get her affairs in order. We will miss mom but she lead a long, full intentional life. Since I was there and because St Bart’s was just a boat ride over we had the honeymoon we never got to have. What a dream to go on a spontaneous trip to a beautiful island and celebrate 20 years. I could not have planned it better. It was a dream.
What would you do with $20,000?Take my family on a trip then my husband and I on a trip and then a couple new pillows for the sofas and save a little if there’s any left!
