It began as two people from the same home town that reconnected in a different city. We both had gotten out of a toxic relationship, not looking for anything serious. When we got drinks & caught up with one another, there was an odd string drawing us together. We laughed like we had been best friends our entire lives, only meeting three time prior growing up. It was in the midst of the pandemic shutdown, so the second date he had come to the city I was in to visit & we've never been apart since.

Honestly, my favorite memory is becoming parents. We only wanted one child, so we waited to find out the gender at birth. Hunter was so astonished that when the baby made his appearance, he forgot to announce what is was until I said "babe what is it???" We had a boy, first one in 26 years on my side. Hunter didn't have a dad growing up, so seeing how perfect he is stepping into the roll is amazing. He even decided to be a stay at home dad. I had no doubt though, he is the perfect partner too.

If we won, we would put a chunk of the winnings away for our son in his school savings and then use the other part to pay some stuff off and take a family vacation. Our goal is to take our son, Fen, to a new place every year.
