I met Delton in third grade. He always believed I was the one. Life took us in different directions, he served in the Air Force, I chased dreams. Fifty years later, my mom reconnected us. When we saw each other again, it felt like no time had passed. He wrote me a beautiful song called We Were Meant to Be. Because love is like music..it’s all in the timing. And this time, the timing is finally right.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We've made countless memories over the years. But one that stands out is the day I met him in third grade—I ran home and told my mom the cutest boy had just started at our school. Years later, at my sixth-grade concert, I sang “Candyman” and walked through the audience handing out candy. I still remember giving some to his sweet grandmother. That moment, like so many with Delton, has stayed with me. Some memories never fade.
What would you do with $20,000?If we were to win the grand prize, I’d love to put it toward an RV so Delton and I can catch up on the time we missed travel, laugh, and make even more memories together. Now that we’re back together, I want to savor every moment. As I always say, the last chapter will be the best one and I’m so grateful I get to spend it with him. It's all in the timing and now is our time!
