Fate brought us together via AOL IM over 25 years ago. We’ve been each other’s rock, best friend, lover and soulmate ever since.

We accidentally private messaged each other while chatting with friends via AOL Instant Messenger. He mistakenly clicked on my AOL name thinking it was his friend’s name, while I accidentally accepted his message when trying to send a chat to one of my friends. Fortunately, we only lived about an hour away from each other, so we met halfway for our first date on New Year’s Day 2000. It was when he accepted and cared for my 7 month son like his own that I knew he was the one.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?25 years of memories….there are too many to pick a favorite! There was our July 2003 wedding, the birth of our 2 boys and then all of our trips. Lots of family trips but the ones where it’s just the two of us, they’re always amazing! Our honeymoon, Vegas, Niagara Falls, Florida…. There was our wedding in 2003, another favorite memory of mine and the births of our sons.
What would you do with $20,000?We love to travel together, even if it’s just for a 3 day weekend, so we would probably take a bucket list trip….Hawaii, the Caribbean, England, New Zealand or Italy. Anything left over would go towards enhancing our current home to enjoy more time together. Perhaps a hot tub we can use together for relaxing after work.
